With the ambition to further grow the business, the focus is on ensuring seamless operation and enhancement of the organization’s IT systems worldwide. To strengthen and expand our centralised IT department, we are looking for a:

Functional IT Expert

Who will be focused on providing top-tier internal IT support, driving process improvements, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure to support the company's global teams effectively.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1.       Internal IT Support:

·       Provide IT support (including but not limited to MS Dynamics AX 2012) to employees across multiple regions, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

·       Manage and resolve tickets in the IT service desk system while maintaining SLA compliance.

·       Offer remote support and on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

2.       Training & Documentation:

·       Provide general IT support to foreign offices.

·       Create and maintain IT support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.

·       Conduct regular IT training sessions for employees to improve technical literacy.

3.       Global IT Operations:

·       Monitor and maintain the services providers, ensuring proper IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.

·       Assist in managing cloud services (e.g., MS Dynamics AX 2012, SharePoint, Easy Systems (P2P), among others).

4.       Process Improvement:

·       Develop and implement IT support best practices to improve response time and user satisfaction.

·       Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate recurring technical issues.

5.       Security & Compliance:

·       Ensure compliance with global IT security policies and standards.

·       Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures, such as endpoint protection and access control.

Candidate profile:

·       Bachelor’s degree, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a functional support roll in an international environment.

·       Experience in MS Dynamics AX 2012 or Microsoft 365 Dynamics (F&O) is a pre.

·       Very structured, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Result-driven, ensuring projects and tasks are completed successfully from beginning to end.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       A team player with a collaborative mindset and a supportive attitude toward colleagues.

·       Valid work permit in the Netherlands is required.

·       Strong communicator with an excellent command of English both written and spoken

·       Willingness to travel
